Landscaping
Our landscaping team consists of 48 professionally trained crew members and two managers to ensure top quality. Maintenance
Our maintenance team consists of 22 professionally trained technicians and two managers to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. Our team is comprised of highly trained individuals allowing for diversification of tasks, from small tasks to completely remodeling a large office space. Almost any job can be dealt with efficiently. All maintenance requests are dispatched within one day and are usually completed in less than 72 hours. Having a large staff of trained maintenance personnel not only assists in sustaining property value but also greatly improves tenant retention. General Contracting & Design
Our “in-house” design team consists of four professional drafters and two project managers. This team is dedicated to providing industry leading design methods while providing a competitively priced product. It is our design team’s goal to ensure we help our clients maximize building space and office flow.
