We currently manage over 3,500,000 square feet of property with approximately 1,800 business tenants.

The Ribeiro Companies Property Management team is an industry leader in Northern and Southern Nevada providing exceptional customer service. We have set the standard of quality when it comes to real estate management. Our staff includes seven full-time property managers, five full-time assistant property managers, six property accountants, four administrative assistants, 24 hour on-call maintenance and landscaping crews have the ability to respond to any problem immediately. Our top priority is response time. Our “in house” landscaping and maintenance departments allow our management team to take control of any property emergency timely and efficiently.

Landscaping
Our landscaping team consists of 48 professionally trained crew members and two managers to ensure top quality. A thorough knowledge of horticulture and environmental processes, provide the assurance that the amenities and natural makeup of the site are preserved with their original intended beauty. Quality control, preventative maintenance and environmental responsibility – together with a strong team of professionals – create the necessary formula to provide the best, most ecologically and economically sound service possible for our community. The company’s long history of outstanding landscaping, mature trees, greenbelt ways, colorful arrays of flowers, as well as putting greens, water falls, and soothing flowing streams have become a Ribeiro trademark and have set a new standard in the industry. Maintenance
Our maintenance team consists of 22 professionally trained technicians and two managers to ensure that our clients receive the best service possible. Our team is comprised of highly trained individuals allowing for diversification of tasks, from small tasks to completely remodeling a large office space. Almost any job can be dealt with efficiently. All maintenance requests are dispatched within one day and are usually completed in less than 72 hours. Having a large staff of trained maintenance personnel not only assists in sustaining property value but also greatly improves tenant retention. Attention to service is always the highest priority at Ribeiro.
General Contracting & Design
Our “in-house” design team consists of four professional drafters and two project managers. This team is dedicated to providing industry leading design methods while providing a competitively priced product. It is our design team’s goal to ensure we help our clients maximize building space and office flow.

Our Property Management Team works very closely with property owners to ensure we are achieving the level of service they demand. Our goal is to establish a long term relationship through exceptional quality and service.
